How to install Win 2003 srv

Hi all,

I have recntly bought a R60 and it comes with Win XP Hope. I have a Win 2003 Srv also, which my company bought for n number of users. Now when i tried to install the Win 2003 srv, it was through with the one phase and then restarted, As it started again it prompted an error saying "Either there is no Hrad Disk or its not switched on". If i run the installed XP, it runs fine but as i try to boot it with any bootable or setup a new OS it throws the same error.

Please help.

Create 2 partitions on your HDD. 1 is for the win XP and the other is for VMware. Install the win server 2003 to the VMware OS and try to boot from there.

Thanx for the reply, but i am a bit at bay here. To begin with i dont understand what is VMWare.

Can u plz give me a detailed explaination or some white pages on this. Plus one thing which i dont understand is "Why i receive an Hard Disk not found Error" while installing ANY OS. i mean how can that b.
