#1 Post by Kowalski » Mon Jan 22, 2007 6:09 pm

Hello all,

can anyone please help me find this specific Part Number of a Z61p i am about to purchase, in order to check out the specific configuration of this one?

I'll probably getting it in my hands, late next week.

Thank you!

Hehe, in fact i did, however it was all Greek to me as well :)

Just to be serious, no reseller in Greece really know ( or pay any attention to) the Type- Model code, so i can not really make out the exact specs of this machine.

the problem is that if we have for example 10 resellers, they will surelly put on their web site 10 different configurations for the same Serial, just by guessing ( most of the time ).

I do not even know if this c2d machine is a 9450-xxx, 9452-xxx or 945x-xxx. While trying to contact some of them over the phone, they had never heard of it..... naturally :)

I tried my way out via an updated tabook, still the only thing i got to find was the 12/2006 tabook, where the 3 described configurations, do not much the one i am looking for.

Any thiughts that could help a Greek who sees it all Greek as well? ( or should i say chinese maybe? It should have the same results to me i guess as Greek do to all of you :)

Did you try the part lookup on the lenovo website? Try this page:

Thanks,

i've tried this one as well. It seems it's a ghost one :) I am just wondering what this configuration represents in terms of Product Number in stead of a Part Number..
