R51e wireless versus Linksys WRT54G

hi all

i have five Thinkpad R51e with Thinkpad 11b/g Wireless LAN Mini PCI Adapter.
i also setup Linksys WRT54G as our access point.
unfortunally i never found it using ThinkVantage Access Connections. It's very strage for me because another Thinkpad such as X31 and T43 can found and connect to it. Their wireless networking is fine but not on my R51e

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
