#1 Post by aniwack » Wed Feb 14, 2007 4:32 pm

My A21M OS is locking up when IE7 or Firefox is running. What can I do to fix this?

Can you give some more details? Has it been doing this since the OS was loaded or did it develop at some point? If it developed, can you identify when, such as after a particular piece of software was loaded etc.

How do you access the internet; dialup, "always on" via cable modem/dsl through a lan (wired, wireless)? Have you tried another browser such as Opera? It looks like some sort of issue with browsers accessing the communications part of either the software/OS or the communications hardware, such as the MPCI card or something in the " Soundbridge" chip on the MB.
