R32 hangs after POST while docked

My R32 while in the port replicator will hang with a blinking cursor in the top left screen after it POSTs for about 5-7 seconds before loading Windows. It does not do this when undocked and it didn't do it initially. I have updated to the latest BIOS revision and done extensive looking on IBMs site....any thoughts?
