Ultrabay 2000 battery for R31

Hi ThinkPad Fans,

I would like to ask You if Someone of You did some experience on use Ultrabay 2000 extra battery on ThinkPad R31. I found 2 info, one says that this battery works on R31 and the second that on R30/31/32 not due to incompatibility Ultrabay on that particular models.

Any advices??
