R32 POWERS UP BUT NO DISPLAY EITHER LCD OR CRT

My R32 powers on and the status lights flash once and the fan comes on but nothing else. I have replaced CPU and memory but no luck. pls advise.

Happened to my T42. I just sent it back to IBM. Nothing worked to fix it...
