#1 Post by drw1710 » Wed Apr 11, 2007 5:17 pm

i have just installed a new wireless card, i got it from dragon on the egde thru ebay. did the update for the drivers(ok) but it wont connect, it can't see any networks. so my dilema is, is the card bad , the antennas bad or have i just not configured it correctly
any help would be greatly appreciated...fyi dragon on the egde is a very helpfull company(person), great to do business with and they shipped the items really quickly, i just installed a bluetooth card that i also got from them....

If it's showing up in device manager with no red X's or exclamation points and you can see it in network properties it's probably one of the things you already mentioned. I'd probably try the reinstall again, make sure you have the card seated properly, the antennas connected correctly. Do they offer support of any kind, i.e. send another card or a tech support line? What card is it?
