R60 + standby sometimes doesn't work HELP!!!!!!! :-)

hello, i have thinkpad R60 ,when a close NB automatically go to standby, but sometimes when i open NB and i'm waiting for turn on, doesn''t work it.NB is on, but i dont see nothing, lcd is black!! where is problem???? thanx for help :-)
