#1 Post by Tad » Wed May 02, 2007 11:35 pm

Hi Bill and everyone

There are a couple of A22m's on Ebay that claim to have locked bios's.
What is the proceedure for unlocking those machines?

Thanks.. Tad 770xl A22m

Forum FAQ states:
12) Can you help me remove the BIOS/HDD password from this
ThinkPad that I just bought/inherited/found/was given/stole/other?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: Cracking passwords is a highly charged subject that
reasonable people disagree over. Threads discussing it can be found

"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.
