Modify A22m to run dual monitor extended desktop mode

#1 Post by oodobah » Fri Oct 08, 2004 11:17 am

i'd like to run my A22M type 2628-P1U in dual monitor - extended desktop mode. i have a rage mobility 4M for video. i use win2k. any recommendations as to:

1) locating a source of the Margi Display-to-Go card (if that's applicable to my notebook)?

2) modifying the driver to enable extended desktop mode in win2k?

3) other recommendations?

thanks,
-Kent

Either downgrade to W98Se or upgrade to XP. Either will natively support an extended desktop to a second monitor, no necessity for a Margi card.

If you simply must run W2K, then the only way to solve the problem is with the Margi DVD-To-Go card.
