IBm TP A22e 2655-67U

Well I finally got my new A22e 2655-67U mobo installed, it's been sitting in bits for weeks waiting>>>

Only thing is I've now lost the recovery disc (can't find it) and I can't remember what type of modem and nic this unit has plus I keep getting "PCI serial device" errors and an "unknown device" keeps popping up too

It loaded my Windows 98 fine (the second time) because it would'nt shut down the first time, so I loaded the windows98 shut down patch and it shuts down fine now

Can someone help me with this "PCI serial device" error????????

As it's driving me crazy

It is the combo miniPCI card with Lucent modem and the Intel Pro network as in my machine A22e 2655-GT1. But various machines may have different PCI card even though the model number is the same. You may go to IBM website to find out the card and download the driver. The network card may be the 3Com or Intel. The modem card may be the 3Com or the Xircom.
