No, gpu is soldered into motherboard on all notebooks. However there was a news of some work being done by Asus on this matter. You can read about it further here.

There are a few higher end gaming notebooks where the card is upgradeable, but nothing like the R60e

Well, I doubt Lenovo would think about this expectation from it's users as thinkpads are merely business oriented machines.
