R32 BIOS Update

Hi All,

I have attempted to update the bios from 2.15 to 2.16
using the lenovo windows exe download from their site.

It goes thru the 4 steps, reboots and comes up still using
2.15. Laptop was on A/C and the battery was at 95% and
the AV was disabled for the update. Any Thought?
