A31p: Buying extended warranty

Hi,

I live in Canada and the only way to extend my warranty is to get either:

96P2547E Warranty service upgrade; 5 year onsite repair 9x5x4 hour CAN$499 (about US $400)
or
96P2548E Warranty service upgrade; 5 year onsite repair 9x5, next business day CAN$399 (US $320)

Now i'd rather prefer having the cheaper plan only available in the US:
69P9201E Warranty service upgrade; 5 year depot repair US $220

Is there a way to buy my extended warranty "in USA" over the net?
