Has anyone ever found a way to get non ibm wireless cards working on a R32?

I tried the no1802 but its not working on the R32, reluctant to try a bios hack as the machine is under warranty.

Im using a ZyXEL 802.11g PCMCIA WiFi Card on my R32 for the past 4 months, no problem. Just install the card, XP detects it and install drivers from the CD provided. Youre ready to roll.
