PC2-5300 for PC2-4200 in an R52

Can I substitute a 1GB stick of PC2-5300 CL5 DDR2-667 instead of a 1GB stick of PC2-4200 CL4 DDR2-533 in an R52?

Yes, DDR2 PC2-5300 is backward-compatible for DDR2 PC2-4200 and R52 can utilize it.

And I believe the PC2-5300 module goes from CL5 to CL4 when it runs at 533 MHz.
