CPU for A31

Im looking at upgrading my processor and have my eye on two cpu's - SL6VC and SL6K5, both are 2.4g and have the same specs except one has C1 core stepping and the other has D1. The C1 is about 20.00 cheaper - would the average user notice any difference between the two processors?
