I think that this is the first time that I have had to ask for this, but what is the regular model number (ie. R30, R40, A30, etc.), versus the full model/type number. Normally, we get the vague information and have to ask for the full information, like the 1836-QQU....

Product: ThinkPad R51 1836-QQU [change]
Operating system: All [change]

Original description: P M 745(1.8GHz), 512MB RAM, 80GB 4200rpm HDD, 15in 1400x1050 LCD, 32MB ATI Radeon 9000, 24x24x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD, Intel 802.11bg wireless(MPCI), Modem(CDC), 1Gb Ethernet(LOM), UltraNav, Secure Chip, IEEE 1394, 6c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro

My question would be: What exactly is printed on the modules (i.e., part number, manufacturer, etc.)?
