R&R serious problem!

#1 Post by mnezor » Sun Oct 14, 2007 11:48 am

Hello community !

I got a serious problem over here.
I wanted to recovery the system to the factory state.
I press the thinvantage button on boot and begun the R&R.
I choose '' restore my system" .... .... and then after a while it gives a window message that says ''Product Recovery failed to restore your system''

I did restart the system ... and then again starts the R&R .... but i didnt press the blue button,

Now I am in a loop ,,, windows dont starts , always starts the R&R and the R&R can not restore my system... any idea please to the nightmare I live ???

thanks in advance!

p.s. I have not R&R cds.

Assuming it's the R60 in your sig and it's still under warranty, contact Lenovo and get the recovery CD's for it.

Since you are still under warranty call them up and tell them exactly what happened. They might send them for free.
