Replacement LCD for A31

I have an A31 with a 14.1" XGA Hitachi LCD which needs to be replaced. It has a bad backlight and I'm not up to replacing the CCFL. Are the following screens interchangeable:

FRU 05K9944 - LCD panel, 14.1" XGA (Samsung)
FRU 46L2348 - LCD panel, 14.1" XGA (Samsung)
FRU 11P8309 - LCD panel, 14.1" XGA (Hitachi)
FRU 05K9964 - LCD panel, 15" XGA (LG)
FRU 05K9963 - LCD panel, 15" XGA (Samsung)

I realize the 15" screens would require at least a different bezel if not complete lid assembly. Thanks.
