I don't believe so, to make that card work, BIOS and motherboard has to support it too.

Please check the conditions I posted in the following thread to make the card work:

My new X61s missing a part?

With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,

That is "ReadyBoost" you're talking about which can be done through USB/SD card reader and not through the card you mentioned under your machine.

For more info, please refer to:

Windows ReadyBoost.

Also, Intel Turbo Memory is a mixed blessing. I've got it on my T61p and it runs fine (using the Lenovo drivers) but a lot of people have had driver issues.

When I installed Vista x64 on my T61p and used the current (as of November 10, 2007) Intel Turbo Memory driver, I kept getting BSOD on boot. Going to "last good configuration" and then installing the Lenovo driver fixed my situation.
First Thinkpad 755CX in 1995. First IBM: PC 1982 8088 w 64K RAM, dual floppy. Currently in use:
X230T with Win8Pro x64, i7, 500gb ssd; W700 WUXGA RAID 1 Blu-Ray W7Pro x64, occasionally a T61p with Win7Pro x64
