R60 BIOS Update CD ROM

Hello,

I still have old BIOS Version 1.05 on my R60 and just wanted to update it to the latest 2.20 Version:

But - I can't burn the CD Image using NERO 6 SE!
It fails during the burning process with "Illegal Block address!" - I've messed up two CD-Rs now with this (I downloaded the File a second time and tried again).

Anyone else with this problem or is something wrong with NERO or my CD Recorder?

Got it.

I had VMware running Ubuntu in background.
Closed it, now works fine.

These newish CoreDuo processors just allow you to do way too many things at the same time...
