After a failure in my lan card I brought my laptop to IBM service and they changed my motherboard. After that I cannot log on to CSS and I always have a message "user could not be enrolled". I searched the forum and I finally believe that there is a problem with the security chip. But I cannot find any solution about this problem (I am running Windows XP SP2). I tried to clear my security chip from bios with no results. Is there anything I can do about it?
Thanks in advance for your help
