R31 Projector Switching Problem

#1 Post by pamela » Thu Feb 28, 2008 10:24 am

i have a ibm-sumo06rolnz thinkpad R31 intel celeron 1200 2656m7g kbbpp68 running on windows XP professional 5.1 service pack 2. it has bios 1fetf1ww(3.110). when i used to click fn+f7 it would change to the projector screen but since my employer cleared off much of their software off my computer it has stopped working.

i get a blank screen on the laptop and the projector. i do not have presentation director installed and on the lenovo website the projector director software is available for other models like the R32 but not the R31.

please help to get this thinkpad to display presentations..

I really think you need to ask your employer to do this (they removed the needed software). ... JDH

You need this version of Presentation Director, after installing it I would recommend installing the HotKey driver if Fn+F7 doesn't work.
