Strange behaviour during start up R61i

Hi all. My name is Daniel, and im new here
I have the following problem with my Lenovo R61i with 2gb ram, 120gb hd, 1,5core duo(I have it about 2 weeks).
I noticed that, at the beginning of every day, when i want to turn on my notebook it has small problem with getting started:
Lights on the notebook pulsate before start up - 1-3 times from green to yellow.
The same problem is with the battery and AC both.
After short breakes between running it starts normall, without any strange pulsations.

What should I do?
