HELP ! . . . with Rescue & Recovery disk "Set"

I got a pack of DVDs from Staples where I got my Z61m Vista Business.
Their employee said he made a R&R set and it took 1 CD and 2 DVDs.

I made the R&R CD (took a looong time), then it told me to mark the CD as the startup disk. I clicked [continue] and the R&R screen disappeared, never to return.

How do I finish this R&R "Set" ?
