Z60t - which startup services to turn off?

Hello,
can anybody tell me, which TP utils, services etc.. from the startup list can i turn off without loosing imporant functions of the laptop? The system is very slow even though i always clean registry, defragment and so.
Or is there a list with descripton of the services?
Like: EZEJMNAP is something for ... it can be run manually ..
I dont want to try turning off one by one and checking what has changed.

The problem with your question is what's important to me may or may not be important to you. I only use Power Manager, Hard Drive Protection and the UltraNav. Perhaps you should read up for yourself.
