R61e RAM and HDD upgrade

I'm sure this has been covered before, so I'm hoping someone can point me to were I'd find a guide or description or pictures of some sort on how to get to the 2 RAM slots and how to remove the HDD on an R61e please (as I'm planning to fit 2 x 2GB RAM and a better HDD).

Ignore the Q about the RAM - found this picture ( http://img227.imageshack.us/my.php?image=1001470en6.jpg ), so I'll be able to figure the rest out.

The Hardware Maintenance Manual, located on Lenovo's site, will explain the procedure.
