Which Optical Drive do I have?

I have a Thinkpad R52 1858-CTO. Which drive to I have the Ultrabay? Ultrabay Enhanced? Ultrabay Slim?

Factory-installed drive would be the Enhanced one, although you can use the slim one in your bay.
