A22p cannot turn on

Hello!

I have an A22p and as I press the power on button it just emits a bit noice from the diskette drive and then it switches off again.

It has been equipped with a brand new battery.

Do some of you have an idea what the problem may be?

There is a "sticky" in the A series forum that addresses this issue.

I had a very similar situation with my A22P..power light would flicker for an instant , fan would spin for a second and then nothing.


I had to replace the planar(mother) board to fix it.
