I got some marks on the screen that look lke dirt but they are not and they are not dead pixels. I dont know what to do so I feel like sellling my Thinkpad

I barely bought it, its almost a year old.

Still under warranty? Call Lenovo and ask if they'll fix it. The other option is to replace the LCD yourself.

If the machine's under warranty have them replace the LCD. It has taken two trips to depot for my T43p, but it finally got done and now I have a brand new LCD on it.
