Z60m takes long time to come out of standby

My Z60m is taking longer and longer to come out of standby. It can take 1 minute of me pressing the power button until everything comes back on.

I am also having a problem with my wireless card, where it will sometimes connect and disconnect from the network even when it is sitting next to the router.

I have not changed any settings for the wireless card, so I am not sure how things are not working properly now.
