Is the R61i / R61e with GMA X3100 integrated graphics?

Specifically I am trying to avoid any future GPU BGA solder ball issue (having had a previous T42 repaired under warranty & now fail out of warranty).

The 1-core CelM550 or 2-core T5250 is not as important as I am using it as a thin-client.
