R30 CE Utility Diskette. How to get one?

I have a R30, model 2656. I have been trying to get a copy of the "Thinkpad CE Utility Diskette" to reset the fan cut in temperature. I have scoured the Internet, eBay and various other sites looking for one. A while back someone from this forum sent me a copy but I think it is for another Thinkpad model (maybe an R31) because it doesn't have the thermal fan cut in adjustment on the menu that is referenced in the R30/R31 hardware manual.

Anyone got an R30 diskette(floppy) they would be willing to copy and send to me? I'll pay shipping and handling. I would also make a copy of the CE Utility Diskette I have but not sure what model of Thinkpad it is for. My R30 boots from it OK and I get a menu.
