R60 Graphic card upgrade

It may seem strange, but i got my reasons why i need this

I wanted to ask if anyone tryed this, or even if this is possible. I hope, since X1400 is not onboard graphic card, i could change it to something better.

If it is possible, could you point me the right way? I don`t know much about notebook parts, so im not sure about some Power problems that might came up or something like that.

Welcome to the forum!

Your GPU (X1400) is soldered to the motherboard and can't be swapped without changing the whole planar. This is the case on all ThinkPads apart from certain versions of G41.
