Thinkpad R61 WLAN connection after boot not working

Hello from Germany,

we have got 2 new R61 with Windows XP SP2 in 2 different networks with the same problem.
After booting the notebooks the WLAN connection´s status is "connected" but it does not work.
We have to manually move the WLAN switch to off and on again and then the connection is working just fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
