Cannot run the Client Security Software in R51

I erased the original OS (Chinese WXP Home) and installed the English WXP Professional. After that, I reinstalled all the drivers downloaded from IBM website. Everything works fine except that I cannot run the Client Security Software. After I key in the passphrase and pressed enter, a pop-up screen comes out with the message "Error processing with return code 0x02d". "The embedded Security System in disable, please activate it thru the BIOS ...". Can anyone give me any advice what's went wrong. Many thanks.
