XP Drivers needed

After replacing the HD in my R31 I was able to reinstall the XP operating system, however I cannot find the network, pci modem, video controller, and video controller (vga compatable) drivers anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help

I'm assuming that you've used a retail copy of Windows, as opposed to an IBM restore disk. If so, then all of the drivers for your system are available here:

You basically download the driver package and execute it. That then creates a folder (directory) on your hard drive which contains the actual "setup.exe" executable and supporting files.

edit: If you can't get your system to recognize the network interface, you'll have to first download the ethernet driver on another system and then transfer it onto the R31.
