cannot connect to wireless network

#1 Post by cspgsl » Sat Nov 15, 2008 9:44 am

I have an R52 with an Intel 2915ABG wireless card. I have installed the latest drivers from Lenovo but cannot connect to my WPA network.

Any suggestions would be welcomed

Try disabling Access Connections.
Then let Windows manage your connections.
Make sure the Wireless Zero Config Service is running.

Thanks but I uninstalled Access Connections when I reinstalled Windows and WZC is running

There is no AV or 3rd party firewall software on the machine yet so that isn't blocking anything

Take the card out. Remove the card in Device Manager and reboot.
Switch off, re-insert the card and connect the antennae, then boot up.
This should reinstall the drivers.
Or try another card.
