Available Networks won't close . . .

Available Networks won't close . . .

My R40 with factory 10/100 LAN will not close Available Networks when I shut down. I have to click the close now button. If I'm on wireless and the LAN is disconnected, the laptop shuts down normally. But if I'm plugged into my home network, I get the Available Networks window.

Latest software is installed.

Any thoughts?
