Z6xT batteries?

Are Z6xt's compatible with any other battery type or do they take batteries unique to them across the board? I have a Z61t and would like to find the stock small battery for it for days that I wont need to be unplugged long and dont want to lug around a bulky (and somewhat loose) battery.

Will this battery work? 42T4667 is the number (though Im not sure which number)

Lenovo doesnt seem to have a specific one on their catalog.

I just want to confirm that hte Z6XT series does NOT use the same battery as the T6X widescreen is that correct?
