R60 in need of sxga+

Question :

Can I use other models of IBM notebook sxga+screen to change for mine R60 14.1" if yes what models?
Can I use other brands notebooks sxga+if yes wich brand and model?

Since you have the sxga+ thinkwiki has the model #'s and brands. By the looks of it, you don't have many other thinkpads that shared the same screen.

Here are the FRUs that you should be looking for:

13N7061 Boe Hydis...had this one in a R60, very nice for a TN panel...

13N7063 TMD...no experience with it...

13N7059 Samsung...usually the worst option available

You'll also need a different LCD cable, FRU 93P4296
