How to update BIOS in model R61e TYPE XXXX-CTO?

Some time ago I bought Lenovo TP R61e his TYPE 7649-CTO laptop.
I can`t update BIOS because the laptop TYPE is CTO (Configure To Order system), in Lenovo site or in program System Update there is no possibility to update.
So I Enter to BIOS and check for detailed information:
System unit serial number 7649W1ZL3D0761
System board serial number VF11E7Bc1HT
Bios version 1.03 (7PET16WW) 2007-06-28
embedded controller version 1.06

My question is:
Is there any way to update BIOS? What utilities/soft/etc do I need to BIOS update for my R61e?

According to your System unit info it should be a 7649-W1Z
But on the Lenove website there is no such model. Change the info on this page to find more details.

Checking on the parts list page, there is also no laptop with your serial no, (7649 L3D0761)

I check that, and make a photo of my BIOS settings:

You DID make a typo, the serial no. is L3D0716

Status:........... Expiration date: Location:
Out of warranty 2008-12-08......POLAND

You cannot update the BIOS because there NO updates available.
