A31p Processor Upgrade

#1 Post by deSitter » Tue Feb 24, 2009 7:47 am

I have an old Toshiba with a dead Nvidia card in it - not worth spending money on a system board - but can I cannibalize the P4M 2.2Ghz processor for my A31p? Do I need to set any jumpers on the main board or is the frequency auto-detected?

Thanks in advance.

You should be OK, but please post the CPU model here for verification purposes...
