Looking for a bit of help, i've recently installed the Windows 7 beta and have installed all the drivers i could find but ive still got a problem with my video controller, i've downloaded pretty much every driver from the ibm website and i've still got a problem. Does anyone know where im going wrong?

Thank you

Be more specific please. What is the problem with the GPU and where during the install are the drivers failing? Where exactly are you getting the drivers from? (Link please) Also we know you have an R50e, but what is the machine type and model # from the bottom of the machine?

Hi

Sorry, my first post was a bit brief. The drivers have all installed ok so im obvioulsy installing the wrong ones or it would work, i get them all from the ibm site, http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 55042.html, but most drivers are just up to XP as it states that vista drivers are included with the software. The product number underneath is 1834-PTG, where would i find the machine type?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum!

You found the machine type...1834-PTG

However, your integrated Intel graphics are not supported by Vista, so you'll have to do some searching in order to find the modded ones on the web...

Good luck.
