#1 Post by ekdya » Mon Apr 06, 2009 10:28 pm

Hi

2652 P5M

I have reinstalled XP pro and now doing the update/driver/the_rest.
first the network so that I can get my wireless internet in there.
I installed the package 1awc32ww.exe here http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-41929 for no avail. I am still getting a yellow exclaimaiton next to the card in the Device Manager.

I also get;
make sure your network adapter is properly installed.
the card is listed as: IBM High Rate Wireless LAN Mini PCI Combo Card.
I also was not able to repair the wireless Network connection when I tried.

help please.
thx

The installation notes mention a firmware prerequisite to installing that driver. Did you do it?
