R60 ultrabay RPM choice

Simple one what is your recommendation on RPM for a R60
7200 rpm or 5400 rpm both 80Gig if it may any difference

My thought on this is that for a lower capacity drive (like 80GB), a 7200rpm drive has a speed advantage over a 5400rpm drive. Benchmarks on large capacity drives (.e.g 320GB and higher) prove that this speed difference is marginal, in fact the 5400rpm drives may be faster under certain measurements. In either case, I'd google for benchmarks on any drive I might consider.
