IBM R32 - When I see TV with USB stick it stucks every 2sec.

#1 Post by Wiking » Wed Jul 08, 2009 8:25 am

I have IBM R32 2658 P4 1.7Ghz with 16MB ATI video and 768MB DDR1 Memory.
I tried to see TV on it with TV USB stick but it stucks almost every 1-2 seconds.
I know that this is not a reception problem because I didn't move the antenna that belongs to TV USB stick and I can see TV on my T60 without any problems. The software is same on both PC's.
I tried it with winXP Pro SP3 and win 7 and the result is the same.

If I increase the amount of DDR1 momry from 768MB to 1.5GB, can this remove the problem ?

Thanks

Unlikely.
Your graphics are just not up to it.
R32 is a rather dated laptop already.

If you want to watch TV, buy a TV.
