Have a Thinkpad R31 with no OS. Computer will NOT boot from a CD. I have a known good Windows XP install disk and even with all boot options set to CD, the computer gives a black screen and "NTLDR not found" message.
Am I screwed, or is there something I can do to force it to see that cd?
